Example Definitions of "Incentive Stock Option"
Incentive Stock Option. A Stock Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 422 or any successor law
Incentive Stock Option. An Option granted to an Employee under the Plan that meets the requirements of Section 422 of the Code.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and otherwise meets the requirements set forth in the Plan
Incentive Stock Option. Means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan that by its terms qualifies and is otherwise intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
Incentive Stock Option. Means any Option awarded to an eligible Participant under the Plan and this Appendix intended to be and designated in the Award Agreement as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code.
