Incentive Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Incentive Stock Option"
Incentive Stock Option. Shall mean an option to purchase shares of Common Stock granted hereunder which is designated as an Incentive Stock Option and is intended to meet the requirements of code Section 422.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Code section 422 and its regulations
Incentive Stock Option. Shall mean any stock option granted in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 7 of the Plan.
Incentive Stock Option. A stock option which is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code
Incentive Stock Option. An Option (as defined below) intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder
Incentive Stock Option. An employee stock option that meets the requirements of Section 422 of Code when granted and at all times beginning from the grant until its exercise.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code and is designated as an Incentive Stock Option. To the extent that any Option is not designated as an Incentive Stock Option, or even if so designated does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option at or subsequent to its Grant Date, it shall constitute a Non-Qualified Option.
Incentive Stock Option. An Option granted pursuant to the Incentive Stock Option provisions as set forth in Part II of this Plan
Incentive Stock Option. A stock option to purchase Shares which qualifies as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code
Incentive Stock Option. Means an option to purchase Shares granted by the Committee which is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422(b) of the Code. 1 Unless otherwise set forth in the Option Agreement, any Option which does not qualify as an Incentive Stock Option for any reason shall be deemed ab initio to be a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
