Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall have the meaning given to such term in the Recitals hereto.
Indenture. Shall mean the Senior Note Indenture relating to the Notes, dated as of December 1, 2003 among the Issuer, and JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of March 10, 2004, between the Company and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of June 15, 1991, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as amended by a supplemental indenture thereto to be dated as of June 23, 2004 relating to the Securities (the "First Supplemental Indenture"), and as may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of November 19, 2004, among the Company, the Guarantors, and SunTrust Bank, as trustee.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of December 7, 2004, between the Company and American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, pursuant to which the Securities are to be issued, and as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture dated as of June 1, 2002, among the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, relating to the Securities and the Exchange Securities and as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of June 3, 2002 between the Company and Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee (the "Trustee"), pursuant to which the Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean that certain Indenture, dated as of November 26, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee.
Indenture. The Indenture dated as of December 15, 1993 between FM 1993A Corp., a Delaware corporation ("FM 1993A") and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (the "Indenture Trustee") (as amended, the "Indenture"), or if not defined in the Indenture, as defined in the Master Leases
