Indenture

Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of October 26, 2005 between the Company and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"), pursuant to which the Securities are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of September 19, 2005, among the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee pursuant to which the Notes are being issued

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities dated as of November 20, 2012 among the Company, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as trustee (the "Trustee"), and as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof

Indenture. The Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of October 11, 2005, between the Company and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof
