Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of April 17, 2002, between the Company, the Guarantors and Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota National Association, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of April 10, 2002, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of April 10, 2002, between the Company and Bank One Trust Company, N.A., as trustee.
Indenture. Means that certain Indenture dated June 19, 1997 by Varsity Brands, Inc. (f/k/a Riddell Sports Inc.), as Issuer, in favor of Marine Midland Bank, as Trustee, and relating to the Senior Notes.
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of September 19, 2000, between the Issuer and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are to be issued, as such Indenture is amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture dated as of October 12, 2000 among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto from time to time and United States Trust Company of New York, as Trustee.
