Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of June 27, 2002 among the Issuers, the Guarantors and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture, dated as of December 11, 2003, between the Company and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Notes are being issued, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Company and JPMorgan Chase Bank, pursuant to which the Securities are to be issued, and as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of October 21, 2002, between the Company and Wachovia Bank, National Association, as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture dated as of April 24, 1996 and supplemented August 20, 1997, among the Partnership, the General Partner and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (f/k/a Bankers Trust Company), as Trustee, relating to the Notes, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of June 11, 2003, between the Company and U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Debentures are being issued.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Securities, dated as of May 4, 1998, between the Company and Norwest Bank Minnesota, National Association (now Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association), as trustee, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of May 21, 2003, between the Issuer and The Bank of New York as trustee thereunder, pursuant to which the Notes are issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall mean the Indenture relating to the Notes, dated as of the Closing Date, as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture of even date therewith, between the Company and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Means the indenture, dated as of October 3, 2003, between the Company and the Trustee, relating to the issuance of the Senior Discount Notes, as the same shall be amended from time to time.
