Example Definitions of "Indenture"
Indenture. Means the Indenture, dated as of October 1, 2007, by and among the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, pursuant to which the Convertible Notes are being issued.
Indenture. Shall mean that certain Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2003, governing the Company's Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013, as amended, modified, restated or refinanced from time to time.
Indenture. The Indenture, dated as of May 25, 2007, by and among the Company, the Guarantors and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Securities are being issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Indenture. Shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 1 of the Preliminary Statement.
