Indenture

Indenture. Shall mean the Senior Indenture, dated as of February 12, 2015 between the Partnership and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as the trustee, as the same may be amended, supplemented, waived or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
