Initial Term

Initial Term. Shall mean that period of time commencing on the Effective Date and running until the earlier of the close of business on the last business day immediately preceding the third anniversary of the Effective Date or any earlier termination of employment of the Executive under this Agreement as provided for in Section 3.

Initial Term. That period of time commencing on January 1, 2008 (the "Beginning Date") and running until the close of business on the last business day immediately preceding the first anniversary of the Beginning Date.

Initial Term. The period beginning on July 12, 2005 and ending October 31, 2007, unless sooner terminated under Paragraph 16 of this Agreement
