Initial Term

Initial Term. 9.1

Initial Term. Means the time period from the Effective Date through June 14, 2005.

Initial Term. See Paragraph 18.

Initial Term. Shall mean the period commencing as of the date hereof and through and including the Maturity Date.

Initial Term. The term of years for which the Premises have been and shall be leased pursuant to the Current Odyssey Lease, expiring on September 30, 2007.

Initial Term. Shall mean the period from the Effective Date through August 5, 2021, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 16.

Shall have the meanings given to such terms in that certain Employment Agreement dated ___________, [if applicable: as amended,] between Participant a nd the Company; provided that the "Initial Term" shall mean such term without regard to any extension of the Employment Period as a result of the Company's failure to give less than 12 months' notice of non-extension of the Initial Term.
