Initiating Holders

Initiating Holders. Shall mean any Holders who in the aggregate possess at least fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate principal amount of outstanding Notes.

Initiating Holders. Any Holder or Holders, other than a Holder or Holders of Exchange Related Shares, who, in the aggregate, hold not less than thirty percent (30%) of the Registrable Securities (excluding any Exchange Related Shares), then outstanding, with respect to a request for registration made pursuant to Section 5.1

Initiating Holders. Any Holder or Holders who, in the aggregate, hold not less than 30% of the Registrable Securities then outstanding or any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold not less than 30% of the then outstanding Conversion Shares issued or issuable upon conversion of the Series D Redeemable Preferred Shares

Initiating Holders. Any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold at least 50% of the Registrable Securities, or 30% of the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Series C Preferred Stock

Initiating Holders. The party that requests registration of Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2, which may only be Bain, Summit or Advent, but shall mean each of Bain, Summit and/or Advent (as applicable) if any of Bain, Summit and/or Advent is participating in such registration

Initiating Holders. Any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold not less than thirty percent (30%) of the outstanding Registrable Securities; provided, that, for the purpose of Section 2.3 of this Agreement, the term "Initiating Holders" shall mean any Holder or Holders who in the aggregate hold not less than ten percent (10%) of the outstanding Registrable Securities
