Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property Rights. Shall include all rights and interests, vested or arising out of any patent, copyright, design, trade mark, trade secrets, or goodwill whether arising by common law or by statute or any right to apply for registration under a statute in respect of those or like rights.

Intellectual Property Rights. Means all intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, in any jurisdiction, whether registered or unregistered, including such rights in (a) patents, patent applications, inventions (whether or not patented or patentable) and other industrial property rights, (b) copyrights and other rights associated with works of authorship, (c) trade secrets rights, know-how (whether relating to, without limitation, development, processing, manufacture, use or operation), proprietary... techniques, methodologies and processes, rights in confidential information and (d) trademarks, service marks, trade names and other product, service or company identifiers, including such rights in all applications, registrations, extensions, renewals, continuations, continuations-in-part, combinations, divisions and reissues of the foregoing. Intellectual Property Rights. Means any and all of the following: (i) Patents, (ii) copyrights in both published and unpublished works, (iii) rights (including without limitation trade secret rights) in know-how, (iv) other than trademark and service mark rights, any and all other intellectual property rights and (v) any and all registrations and applications for registration of any of the foregoing.

Intellectual Property Rights. All proprietary information, patents, patent applications, trademarks, trade names, service marks, certification marks, collective marks, designs, processes, inventions, licenses, copyrights, know-how and trade secrets of either Party, including, but not limited to, such rights relating to the origin, design, manufacture, programming, operations, function, configuration, or service of the Licensed Product

Intellectual Property Rights. Means all present and future patent rights (including but not limited to rights in patent applications or disclosures and rights of priority), copyright (including but not limited to rights in audiovisual works and moral rights), trade secret rights, trademark rights, and any other intellectual property rights recognized by the law of any applicable jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Carlisle Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.

Intellectual Property Rights. Intellectual Property Rights. Intellectual Property Rights. Mean (i) Patent Rights, know-how and Technology; (ii) rights associated with works of authorship including copyrights, copyright applications and copyright registrations; (iii) rights relating to the protection of trade secrets, know-how and Technology, trademarks, trade names, or other distinctive brand names or logos; and (iv) trade secrets.

Intellectual Property Rights. Means all past, present and future intellectual property or proprietary rights of any kind recognized in any country or jurisdiction in the world, in each case registered or unregistered, including, without limitation, in and to, arising out of, or associated with (a) any and all United States and foreign patents and applications therefor, as well as any and all patents issuing in the future on such patent applications, including any and all reissues, divisions, renewals, extensions,... substitutions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof ("Patents"); (b) inventions (whether patentable or not), invention disclosures, improvements, trade secrets, proprietary information, know-how, technology and technical data ("Trade Secrets"); (c) all copyrights, copyright registrations and applications therefor and all other rights corresponding thereto throughout the world ("Copyrights"), (d) names, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, symbols and logos ("Trademarks"); and, (e) all other intellectual property rights and other rights in any jurisdiction required to copy, reproduce, recast, adapt, modify, alter, translate, display, broadcast, digitize, transmit, distribute (either directly or indirectly, including through any third party distributor or media publisher), publish, perform, market, advertise, promote, sell, exploit, vend, manufacture, sublicense, improve, enhance, update, revise, create derivative works, integrate into other works, combine with other works, integrate with advertising or branding, categorize, index, store and otherwise use the Licensed Software and any Derivative Works thereof, through any channel and any medium, by any method, and in any media and any format, and on any platform now known or hereafter devised.
