Intellectual Property Rights. For purposes of this Agreement, rights in any registered or unregistered copyrights and all issuances, extensions, and renewals thereof, patents, patent applications and all issuances, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, extensions, reexaminations, and renewals thereof, know-how, trade secrets, software code (object and source), data, applicable trademarks and service marks, and all intellectual property rights of any kind whatsoever accruing under any of the foregoing... and provided by applicable law of any jurisdiction, by applicable international treaties and conventions, and otherwise throughout the world; any and all royalties, fees, income, payments, and other proceeds now or hereafter due or payable with respect to any and all of the foregoing; and any and all claims and causes of action with respect to any of the foregoing, whether accruing before, on, or after the Executive's Term of Employment by Company, including prior employment, including all rights to and claims for damages, restitution, and injunctive and other legal and equitable relief for past, present, and future infringement, dilution, misappropriation, violation, misuse, breach, or default, with the right but not the obligation to sue for such legal and equitable relief and to collect, or otherwise recover, any such damages. Intellectual Property Rights. Intellectual Property Rights. All patent, trademark, and copyright rights, moral rights, rights of attribution or integrity, trade secret rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights.
