Intellectual Property. The trademarks, trade-names, patents, designs, trade secrets, know-how, domain names and software, software code and URLs, used in connection with or related to the Information Business, including the items listed in Exhibit V hereto with all applications and rights to apply therefore and all renewals, extensions and revivals thereof

Intellectual Property. Intellectual Property.
