Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights, including patent rights (pending or issued), know-how, materials, methods, processes, protocols, inventions or discoveries (whether or not patentable), utility models, registered designs, design rights, copyrights, copyright registrations, trade secret and other Confidential Information, and similar intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property.
