Interpretation

Interpretation. For purposes of this Amendment No. 5, unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein which are defined in the Loan Agreement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Loan Agreement.

Interpretation. For purposes of this Amendment, all terms used herein which are not otherwise defined herein, including but not limited to, those terms used in the recitals hereto, shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment.

Interpretation. For purposes of this Amendment, unless otherwise defined herein, all terms used herein, including, but not limited to, those terms used and/or defined in the recitals above, shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Loan Agreement.

Interpretation. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Amendment shall have the respective meanings given them in the Loan Agreement.

Interpretation. All capitalized terms used herein -------------- shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Loan Agreement and the other Financing Agreements, unless otherwise defined herein.

Interpretation. For purposes of this Amendment, unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement.

Interpretation. The rules of interpretation set forth in Section 1.2 of the Credit Agreement shall apply MUTATIS MUTANDIS to this Guarantee as if set forth in full in this Section 1.02.

Interpretation. Unless the context of this Agreement otherwise requires, the following rules of interpretation shall apply to this Agreement: (a) the headings and captions herein are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not limit or construe the Sections to which they apply; (b) references in this Agreement in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and vice... versa; (c) the words "hereof", "herein", "hereby", "hereto" and similar words refer to this entire Agreement and not to any particular Section or any other subdivision of this Agreement; (d) a reference to any "Section" or "Schedule" is a reference to a specific Section or Schedule of this Agreement; (e) the use of the word "including" when following any general statement, term or matter shall not be construed to limit such statement, term or matter to the specific items or matters set forth immediately following such word or to similar items or matters, but shall be deemed to refer to all other items or matter that could reasonably fall within the broadest possible scope of such general statement, term or matter; (f) a reference to any agreement, instrument, contract or other document shall include any amendment, amendment and restatement, supplement or other modification thereto; and (g) a reference to any Person shall include such Person's successors and permitted assigns under any agreement, instrument, contract or other document. Interpretation. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the other Financing Agreements, unless otherwise defined herein. All references to the plural herein shall also mean the singular and all references to the singular herein shall also mean the plural, in each case unless otherwise required by the context of the use thereof.
