Interpretation

Interpretation. Save as defined in this Agreement, words and expressions defined in the Revolving Facility Agreement shall have the same meanings in this Agreement.

Interpretation. The captions or headings in this Agreement are strictly for convenience and shall not be considered in interpreting this Agreement. Words in this Agreement that import the singular connotation shall be interpreted as plural, and words that import the plural connotation shall be interpreted as singular, as the identity of the Parties or objects referred to may require. The words "include", "includes", and "including" mean include, includes, and including "without limitation". The words "hereof",... "herein", and "hereunder" and words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision of this Agreement. Interpretation. The definitions of the terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. The words "include" and "contain" (and their variant forms) shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation." The word "will" shall be construed to have the same meaning and effect as the word "shall." "US Dollar" or "$" as used in this Agreement means... the lawful currency of the United States. Any reference to any laws, codes or regulations herein shall be construed as referring to such laws as from time to time enacted, repealed or amended. The words "herein," "hereof" and "hereunder," and words of similar import, shall be construed to refer to this Agreement in its entirety and not to any particular provision hereof. The term "or" has, except where otherwise indicated, the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase "and/or." Any reference herein to any Person shall be construed to include the Person's permitted successors and assigns. Interpretation. For purposes of this Amendment No. 2, the following terms shall have the following meanings, and all terms used herein which are not otherwise defined herein, including but not limited to, those terms used in the recitals hereto, shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Credit Agreement (as defined below).

Interpretation. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement.
