Interpretation. The terms and provisions of the Plan and the Agreement are hereby incorporated into this Grant Notice as if set forth herein in their entirety. Interpretation. All capitalized terms used herein (including the recitals hereto) shall have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Credit Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

Interpretation. All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement. In the case of a direct conflict between the provisions of the Credit Agreement and the provisions of this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and control.

Interpretation. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Loan Agreement. This Amendment shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the rules of construction set forth in the Loan Agreement.

Interpretation. The definitions of the terms herein shall apply equally to the singular and plural forms of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. The words "include" and "contain" (and their variant forms) shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation."
