Inventory. As defined under the Uniform Commercial Code of Louisiana.
Inventory. Means all inventory, raw materials, components, work-in-process, packaging, supplies, finished goods, and service parts.
Inventory. All present and future Inventory, as defined in the Code, as such definition may be amended from time to time, wherever located, and shall include but not be limited to, goods held for sale or lease or to be furnished under a contract of service and all present and future raw materials, work in process, finished goods, and packing and shipping materials, wherever located, and any documents of title representing any of the above.
Inventory. All of the Debtor's inventory, as such term is defined in the UCC, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether consisting of whole goods, spare parts or components, supplies or materials, whether acquired, held or furnished for sale, for lease or under service contracts or for manufacture or processing, and wherever located.
