Investor Shares. Investor Shares. Means all shares of Common Stock originally issued to, or issued with respect to shares originally issued to (including in connection with the Reclassification), or held by, a THL Investor, a Quadrangle Investor or an Other Investor, whenever issued.

Investor Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

Investor Shares.
