Investor Shares

Investor Shares. Means the Conversion Shares and the Warrant Shares, and any other shares issued or issuable to the Investors pursuant to this Agreement or the Notes or the Warrants.

Investor Shares. Has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders Agreement and shall include any stock, securities or other property or interests received by the Investors in respect of Investor Shares in connection with any stock dividend or other similar distribution, stock split or combination of shares, recapitalization, conversion, reorganization, consolidation, split-up, spin-off, combination, repurchase, merger, exchange of stock or other transaction or event that affects the Company's capital stock... occurring after the date of issuance. Investor Shares. Means all shares of Common Stock originally issued to, or issued with respect to shares originally issued to (including in connection with the Reclassification), or held by, a THL Investor, a Quadrangle Investor or an Other Investor, whenever issued.

Investor Shares. Means any Common Shares held directly or indirectly, beneficially or of record by any Investor.

Investor Shares. Shall mean the shares of Class A Common Stock purchased (x) on March 2, 1998 pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement by Donald Steen and (Y) pursuant to the Securities Purchase Agreement by the parties listed on Schedule I hereto under the heading "Management Stockholders". Except as otherwise provided herein, each reference in this Agreement to the term "Investor Shares" shall be deemed to include the Investor Conversion Shares.

Investor Shares. Investor Shares. At any time, (i) any Common Shares acquired pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement; (ii) any Common Shares that are issued upon the exchange of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of LMG pursuant to that certain Share Exchange Agreement of even date herewith between the Company and the Partnership, (iii) any other Securities which are deemed by an amendment to this Agreement to be "Investor Shares", and (iv) any Securities then outstanding that were issued as, or were issued directly or... indirectly upon the conversion or exercise of other Securities issued as, a dividend or other distribution with respect to or in replacement of any Securities referred to in (i), (ii), or (iii).
