Investor Shares

Investor Shares. Any Shares held or Beneficially Owned by any member of the Investor Group which were acquired at the Closing or otherwise received pursuant to the Merger Agreement.

Investor Shares. Means 8,416.252 shares of Series B Preferred Stock.
