Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. The recent initial public offering
IPO. Means a "Qualified Public Offering," as such term is defined in the Company's Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
IPO. Means the initial public offering of the Company's capital stock.
IPO. Means the first sale of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to a bona fide firm commitment underwritten public offering effected by means of a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, in which the aggregate public offering price (before deduction of underwriters' discounts and commissions) equals or exceeds $30,000,000 and the public offering price per share of which equals or exceeds $5.00 per share (before deduction of underwriters' discounts and commissions).
IPO. The Company's initial public offering of Units.
IPO. Means a financial closing of an underwritten public offering of common or preferred stock of the Company pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
IPO. Has the meaning given such term in the definition of "Change of Control".
IPO. With respect to any entity, the first public offering of the common equity securities of such entity pursuant to a registration statement (other than a Form S-8 or successor form) filed with and declared effective by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission or any similar transaction conducted outside the United States.
IPO. Means the Company's initial public offering of its Common Stock through a firm commitment underwritten offering registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. For purposes of the Plan, the effective date of the IPO will be the date the Company prices the IPO.
IPO. Means a firm commitment underwritten initial public offering of the Company's Common Stock pursuant to a registration statement declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
