Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. Means the Company's first underwritten public offering of its shares of capital stock of the Company under the Securities Act.
IPO. Means the consummation of the first public offering (whether direct or underwritten) pursuant to an effective registration statement under the Securities Act covering the offer and sale by the Company of its equity securities.
IPO. The first underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective registration statement of the Company under the Securities Act covering the offering and sale of Common Stock
