Example Definitions of "IPO"
IPO. An underwritten public offering of the Class A Common Stock registered under the Securities Act and after giving effect to which the Class A Common Stock is listed on a United States national securities exchange
IPO. Means the Qualified IPO, as defined in the Certificate of Incorporation.
