Judgment

Judgment. Means any order, ruling, writ, injunction, fine, citation, award, decree, or any other judgment of any nature whatsoever of any Governmental Authority.

Judgment. Refers to: (i) the judgment for the SELLER as to liability to be re-entered by the Court after re-trial of damages, only in the Lawsuit, or settlement arrangement; (ii) any later amended, modified, augmented, supplemental or other judgment and judgment on appeal; and (iii) any and all rights of SELLER and their successors and assigns to Proceeds, as defined below, from the Litigation, as... defined below. Judgment. Shall mean Final Judgment Pursuant to Rule 54(b) entered by the District Court on August 6, 2004, against Royal and in favor of Wilmington Trust;

Judgment. The term "Judgment" shall mean and refer to any judgment, writ, order, injunction, award or decree of any court, judge, justice or magistrate, including any bankruptcy court or judge or the arbitrator in any binding arbitration, and any order of or by any Governmental Authority.

Judgment. Judgment. Shall include damages, judgments, settlements or other amounts (including punitive or exemplary damages, where indemnifiable by law) resulting or arising from any Proceeding, but specifically excludes (i) the multiplied portion of any damage award; (ii) fines, penalties or taxes imposed by law; or (iii) matters which are not indemnifiable under applicable law.

Judgment. Means the judgment to be rendered by the Court, substantially in the form and content attached hereto as Exhibit E.
