Judgment

Judgment. The final order(s) entered by the Court in the Dewhurst Case approving this Settlement Agreement in all respects. In the event that the Court enters separate orders certifying the Class, approving this Settlement Agreement, or specifying that the Settlement Agreement is authorized by Section 302(c)(2) of the LMRA, the term "Judgment" shall refer to all such orders collectively

Judgment. Means any order, injunction, judgment, decree, ruling, assessment or arbitration award of any Governmental Authority or arbitrator.
