Launch Date

Launch Date. As to each Approved Product, shall mean that date on which marketing and distribution of such Approved Product shall commence in a given country in the Territory.

Launch Date. Means the date that the Yahoo B2B Site is publicly available ----------- and the DoveBid Anchor Tenant Module is placed on the front Page of the Yahoo B2B Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, except that in the event of any failure or delay on the part of DoveBid, the Launch Date will be deemed the date that the Yahoo B2B Site is otherwise functional and available to the public.
