Example Definitions of "Launch"
Launch. Means the date on which the respective Product is sold by MEDA for the first time to a Third Party for commercial distribution in the Territory.
Launch. Means the date on which the respective Product is sold by MEDA ORADISC for the first time to a Third Party for commercial distribution in the Territory.
