Launch

Launch. As the case may be, the commercial launch of the Product in a new country in the Territory; a substantial increase in the amount of Product manufactured by Sanquin or by any Third Party resulting from capacity expansion as reflected in the Capacity Schedule; and/or the commercial launch of additional or new dosage strengths and/or formulations of the Product; and/or the commercial launch of the Product for new or additional indications;

Launch. Means a commercial launch of the Product in the Territory after an MA for such Product has been granted supported by such marketing expense and support and launched in such quantities as may be appropriate for the Product to have a significant effect on total sales of any similar or competitive product in the Territory.

Launch. Initiation of revenue-generating passenger use of the Connectivity Services on each A/C.

Launch. Shall mean the first commercial sale of the Product to Third Parties.

Launch. Means for a Permitted Licensee Entity to form a Permitted Licensee Product and make the Permitted Licensee Product available for sale.

Launch. Two (2) weeks following receipt of PMA for the Equipment associated with the first Prototype A/C under this Agreement.

Launch. With respect to any Contract, the first day that such Contract begins trading on the CME or a CME Affiliate.

Launch. The date of the first Commercial Sale in each country of the Territory of the applicable Licensed Product

Launch. First bona fide commercial sale of an Approved Product in a country in the respective Sub-Territory.
