Lease

Lease. The respective Lease Agreement to be entered into for each of the respective Premises between Tenant, as lessee, and Landlord, as lessor, in the form attached as Exhibit C

Lease. And the terms hereof, herein, hereto and hereunder, when used in this Aircraft Lease Agreement, shall mean and include this Aircraft Dry Lease Agreement as the same may from time to time be amended, modified or supplemented.

Lease. Terms defined in the Lease and used in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Lease.
