Lease

Lease. All terms defined in the Lease retain their meaning herein, unless specified herein to the contrary.

Lease. The Original Lease as modified and amended hereby.

Lease. Shall mean that certain Lease dated October 14, 2014 between NGA and CLNE, pursuant to which CLNE has leased to NGA certain real property, improvements and personal property.

Any leases heretofore or hereafter entered into affecting the use, enjoyment or occupancy of, or the conduct of any activity upon or in, the Property or the improvements thereto, including any guarantees, extensions, renewals, modifications or amendments thereof and all additional remainders, reversions and other rights and estates appurtenant thereunder

Lease. The Original Lease, as amended by the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Third Amendment, the Fourth Amendment and this Fifth Amendment

Lease. The meaning provided for in the Lease

Lease. Any lease, sublease, license, or concession of Inventory or other personal property of each Debtor

Lease. Unless otherwise provided for herein

Lease. That certain lease to be effective as of the Closing Date by and between Purchaser or its permitted assignee, as landlord, and M&M Grain and Produce, LLC, as tenant, and in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference

Lease. That certain Agricultural Lease dated February 11, 2016 by and between Purchaser as landlord, and Tenant (defined below), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by reference
