Licensed Patents

Licensed Patents. Means the letters patent and letters patent that may issue from patent applications listed in Schedule 1 of the License Agreement which relate to nasal fentanyl, including all continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, reissues and reexaminations thereof.

Licensed Patents. Licensed Patents.
