Licensed Patents. The patent applications listed on Schedule A attached hereto, and all patents applications claiming priority therefrom, and including all divisions, continuations, continuations in part, foreign counterparts, and any valid patents which may issue therefrom and any reissues, renewals, substitutions, or extensions of or to any such patents or patent applications, provided that Licensed Patents shall not include any patent applications and any patents issuing from patent applications filed in... countries (i) that ZelleRx elects not to file in pursuant to Paragraph 4. Licensed Patents. Licensed Patents. (i) [*], (ii) any and all domestic applications and foreign counterparts related to either of the foregoing, including, without limitation, any continuations, continuations-in-part and divisions, (iii) and any patents issuing from any of the foregoing including, without limitation, reissues, registrations, reexamination certificates and extensions.

Licensed Patents. Means all Patents owned and/or Controlled by VSI and/or its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter relating to Hemostatic Devices in the Field and the Products in the Field.

Licensed Patents. Licensed Patents. All patents and patent applications owned by Licensor as of the effective date of this Agreement, or acquired during the term of this Agreement, and which Licensor has the right to license hereunder, including without limitation the patents and patent applications listed in Exhibit A to this Agreement, as well as any patents which are later issued from patent applications listed in Exhibit A.

Licensed Patents.
