Example Definitions of "Licensed Process"
Licensed Process. Any process or method claimed in any of the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Process. The term 'Licensed Process' shall mean any method or process claimed in the Licensed Patent Rights.
Licensed Process. Shall mean [****] which would constitute, but for the grant of a license under Licensed Patent Rights within the Field, an infringement of a Valid Claim in the country in which such method is used or in the country in which the resulting products are sold.
Licensed Process. Shall mean any process that, in whole or in part: (a) is COVERED by one or more issued, unexpired claims or pending claims of the PATENT RIGHTS; or (b) which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.
Licensed Process. The term 'Licensed Process' shall mean any method or process (a) claimed in a Valid Claim of any of the Licensed Patent Rights, (b) the practice of which would, in the absence of the license granted by this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim of any of the Licensed Patent Rights, or (c) that utilizes or incorporates Licensed Biological Materials.
Licensed Process. Any process that would infringe one or more Valid Claims of a Licensed Patent, but for the license granted in Section 2.1
