Licensed Products

Licensed Products. The same meaning as that set forth in the License Agreement.

Licensed Products. Means those products as listed in Schedule I and the Acquired Future Products as defined under the Distribution Agreement.

Licensed Products. Shall have the same meanings herein as are attributed to them in the License Agreement, after giving effect to the substitution of Schedule A to this Agreement for Schedule A of the License Agreement.

Licensed Products. Any products, devices or materials, including components thereof and methods of their manufacture, that are (a) designed or developed by or for Restoration or its Affiliate(s) or Sublicensee(s), for use in the Field of Use, and (b) would, or whose use or practice would, absent authority, infringe one or more Valid Claims, or incorporate, embody or use Licensed Technology.

Licensed Products. Any materials, products, systems, equipment or related services which are covered by any one or more of the claims of one or more of the Licensed IP

Licensed Products. Any and all Products that are manufactured, sold or otherwise supplied by the Licensee or its sub-licensee (including any Affiliate of the Licensee) and which (a) are within any Valid Claim of the Patents and/or (b) incorporate, or their development makes use of, any of the Know-how or Materials.

Licensed Products. Any product or service the manufacture, import, sale, offer for sale and/or use of which would infringe one or more of the Licensed Patent Rights, but for the license granted herein.

Licensed Products. Those nutriceutical formulation which Licensor deals in commonly known as "Ultra-High Grade CBD Rich Hemp Oil" prepared for use in conjunction with E-cigarettes ("Vaporizers"). Licensed Products. Means products of the classes specifically described on Exhibit B attached hereto, as developed by the Licensor and its Affiliates (including by its subsidiary, Boston Scientific Santa Rosa Corp., formerly known as TriVascular, Inc., prior to its acquisition by Licensor or a Licensor Affiliate) prior to the Effective Date and as products of such classes may be further created, developed or modified by Licensee (or for Licensee by a consultant, service provider or development house in all of the... foregoing cases that will not obtain marketing rights) after the Effective Date, the identification, discovery, research, development, production, use, marketing, offer for sale, distribution, import, export or sale of which, absent the license granted pursuant to this Agreement, would constitute an infringement or misappropriation of any of the Licensed Patents.
