Licensed Products. The Alpha Licensed Products and the Beta Licensed Products

Licensed Products. Hearing aids, components thereof or any apparatus, device or system which is designed by Licensee for use with a hearing aid, covered by a claim of a Licensed Patent or made by a process covered by a claim of a Licensed Patent and which does not include features covered by a Licensed Patent not incorporated by Licensee but incorporated by customers of Licensee or other unrelated third parties.
