Licensed Technology

Licensed Technology. Means the Licensed Patents, the Licensed General Know-How and the Licensed Software. It is intended that the difference between items identified as Assigned Technology and the items assigned as Licensed Technology is that the patents, software, and Information within the Licensed Technology are those now being used by Axys in areas other than combinatorial chemistry, as well as being used in AAT's combinatorial chemistry business.

Licensed Technology. Means any and all ideas, concepts, inventions, designs, hardware and software, or other proprietary information of Licensor now or hereafter used or applied in the design, development or manufacture of the Products, including without limitation the libraries and databases of electronic codes and other information used to make Products compatible with electronic equipment used in homes and offices, including, without limitation, the libraries of infrared codes and of designs of... application-specific integrated circuits and printed circuit boards, those patents and patent applications listed on Exhibit A attached hereto, and the Intellectual Property Rights in the Products. Licensed Technology. Licensed Technology. Means the Licensed Patent(s) and the Licensed Know-How.

Licensed Technology. Means Molecular Mass Analysis Technology and/or Ultrasound Airflow Sensor Technology covered by a Valid Claim under the Patent Rights.

Licensed Technology. Means all technical information, including, without limitation, any specifications, methods, processes, documentation and other data, information and know-how (i) owned by Licensors, (ii) in existence as of the Effective Date, and (iii) necessary and desirable to practice the inventions embodied in the Licensed Patents.

Licensed Technology. Shall mean, collectively: (a) the Spectra Patent Rights; (b) Technology owned by Spectra that relates to distributed laser like security features capable of being used in relation to [***] and equipment that sense this technology; and (c) the Spectra Improvements.

Licensed Technology. Means any proprietary information, software (in Object Code and Source Code), know-how, processes, methods, formulas, systems, designs, prototypes and materials, existing as of the Effective Date, that comprise or relate to the Roaming Messenger(R) technology, including without limitation the technology specifically listed on EXHIBIT B hereto, and all IPR therein that is not otherwise covered by the Licensed Patents or Trademarks.

Licensed Technology. Means all PMC Patents, PMC Know-How, and PMC Information.

Licensed Technology. Shall mean the object code or machine-executable code version of the Geoworks Mobile Server+ Version 3.1.3 ("MS+ Version 3.1.3"), formerly known as Jellyfish Software Version 3.0, and Servlet Version 1.1 ("Servlet Version 1.1"), including Updates as made available by Geoworks.
