Example Definitions of "Liens"
Liens. Means any charge, claim, community property interest, condition, equitable interest, lien, mortgage, option, pledge, security interest, indenture, hypothecation, deed of trust, right of first refusal, easement, security agreement, or restriction of any kind, including any restriction or limitation on use, voting, transfer, receipt of income, or exercise of any other attribute of ownership.
Liens. Means a lien, charge, security interest, encumbrance, right of first refusal, preemptive right or other restriction (other than, in the case of the Securities and the Additional Investment Right, restrictions provided in the Transaction Documents or as otherwise agreed or imposed by the Investor)
