Example Definitions of "Liens"
Liens. Means any and all liens, claims, mortgages, security interests, charges, encumbrances, and restrictions on transfer of any kind, except: (i) in the case of references to securities, any of the same arising under applicable securities laws solely by reason of the fact that such securities were issued pursuant to exemptions from registration under such securities laws, (ii) real estate taxes not yet due and payable, and (iii) any lien in favor of any landlord for unpaid rent, additional rent, or... other charges, which lien is created by statute or under any lease under which the Company is lessee. Liens. Shall mean any mortgage, deed of trust, pledge, security interest, assignment, deposit arrangement, charge or encumbrance, lien, or other type of preferential arrangement, but excluding (i) statutory liens for current Taxes, assessments or other governmental charges not yet delinquent; (ii) mechanics', carriers', workers', repairers' and similar Liens arising or incurred in the ordinary course of business; (iii) zoning, entitlement and other land use and environmental regulations.

Liens. Means, with respect to any property, any security interest, mortgage, pledge, lien, claim, charge or other encumbrance in, of, or on such property or the income therefrom, including, without limitation, the interest of a vendor or lessor under a conditional sale agreement, capital lease or other title retention agreement, or any agreement to provide any of the foregoing.
