Loan Document. Loan Document

Loan Document. Shall mean this Note, any Guaranty, the Collateral Disclosure List, any Collateral Document and any other document executed and delivered by a Loan Party to Lender in connection herewith or therewith.

Loan Document. This Amendment is a Loan Document, and all capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms by the Credit Agreement.

Loan Document. Means the Note, the Security Instrument, or any other document, instrument or agreement related thereto.

Loan Document. Means, collectively, the "Loan Documents" as defined under the Domestic Credit Agreement and the "Loan Documents" as defined under the EXIM Credit Agreement.

Loan Document. The Credit Agreement and each of the agreements or documents contemplated thereby.

Loan Document. Each and every document and agreement executed or provided in connection with the closing and performance of any the Note or this Security Agreement

Loan Document. Any of this Agreement, the Revolving Credit Note, the Security Agreement, the Negative Pledge Agreement, the Collateral Control Agreement, any UCC Financing Statements, and any other agreements, documents or instruments relating to the Loan, whether executed prior to, at or after the Closing hereof, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified, in writing, from time to time; and "Loan Documents" shall mean any and all of the foregoing.

Loan Document. Means any one of the Loan Documents.

Loan Document. Shall be a "Refinancing Amendment" for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and shall be a "Loan Document" for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents
