Example Definitions of "Loss"
Loss. Means any and all losses, liabilities, obligations, claims, contingencies, damages, costs and expenses, including all judgments, amounts paid in settlements, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of preparation and investigation.

Loss.
