Loss

Loss. All losses, damages, liabilities (including, without limitation, tax liabilities), claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, settlements, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorney's and experts' fees) of any and every kind or character, known or unknown, fixed or contingent, lost work hours (at regular billing rates) and other out-of-pocket costs and expenses and lost time.

Loss. Means any liability, loss, claim, settlement payment, cost, expense, interest, award, judgment, damages (including punitive damages), diminution in value, fines, fees, penalties or other charge, and any taxes.
