Losses

Example Definitions of "Losses"
Losses. Means all Claims, investigations, actions or causes of action, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, judgments, liens, injuries, damages, costs of settlement or other costs or expenses of whatever kind or nature (including any action or proceeding brought, threatened or ordered by any Governmental Authority), including attorneys' and experts' fees and court costs and expenses, and investigation and remediation costs.
Losses. A Company Level Loss or a Direct Loss.
