Majority Holders

Majority Holders. Shall have the meaning to be provided or provided in the Note.

Majority Holders. The holders of Warrants exercisable for at least 80% of the Common Stock or Other Securities issuable upon exercise of all the Warrants

Majority Holders. As of any date, holders of Warrants exercisable for a number of Shares equal to a simple majority of the Shares for which all Warrants are then exercisable

The Holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount of Registrable Securities outstanding; provided that, for purpose of this definition, a Holder of shares of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Debentures that constitute Registrable Securities shall be deemed, for the purposes of this definition, to hold the aggregate principal amount of Debentures from which such Common Stock was converted

Majority Holders. Shall mean, on any date, Holders of the majority of the Shares constituting Registrable Securities hereunder; for the purposes of this definition, Holders of Notes constituting Registrable Securities shall be deemed to be the Holders of the number of Shares equal to the applicable Conversion Rate (as defined in the Indenture) as of such date multiplied by the aggregate number of $1,000 principal amount of Notes held by such Holder

Majority Holders. Shall mean, on any date, holders of the majority of the Shares constituting Registrable Securities; for the purposes of this definition, Holders of Notes constituting Registrable Securities shall be deemed to be the Holders of the number of Shares into which such Notes are or would be convertible as of such date, assuming for this purpose that the Company has elected to satisfy its conversion obligation shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company

Majority Holders. Holders holding over 50% of the aggregate number of Warrants constituting Registrable Securities outstanding; provided that, for the purpose of this definition, a holder of shares of Common Stock delivered upon exercise of the Warrants, shall be deemed to hold an aggregate number of Warrants (in addition to the number of Warrants held by such holder) equal to the quotient of (A) the number of such shares of Common Stock held by such holder and (B) the Number of Warrant Shares in effect at the... time of the exercise of the Warrants as determined in accordance with the Warrant Agreement; provided further that whenever the consent or approval of the Majority Holders or of a specified percentage of the Holders of Registrable Securities is required hereunder, Warrants or Common Stock delivered upon exercise of the Warrants that are held by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company shall be disregarded, and Warrants held by any Holder shall be included in determining whether such consent or approval was given by the Majority Holders or such specified percentage of the Holders of Registrable Securities.
