Example Definitions of "Majority Holders"
Majority Holders. Holders of Registrable Certificates evidencing Fractional Undivided Interests aggregating a majority in interest of the Fractional Undivided Interests evidenced by all Registrable Certificates at the time Outstanding (determined as provided in Section 1.3(c) of the Pass Through Trust Agreement
Majority Holders. Means the Holders of a majority of the aggregate principal amount of Registrable Securities and Exchange Securities registered under or participating in, as the context requires, a Registration Statement.
