Example Definitions of "Materials"
Materials. Means any or all chemical substances, inactive ingredients, excipients other than the Novel Excipient, components, labels, packaging materials, and other consumable materials used in the manufacture of the Product; provided, however, that the term "Materials" shall not include any equipment used in the manufacture of the Product.
Materials. Means, with respect to the Product or any Pipeline Product, all inactive raw materials and excipients, excluding human albumin, used in the formulation of the Product or any Pipeline Product necessary for their manufacture as finished goods.
Materials. Any tangible materials, including recorded data, writings, etc.
