Materials

Materials. The tangible physical material, if any, delivered to Company hereunder. Any Materials delivered to Company hereunder shall be listed in an Exhibit B hereto which may be amended from time to time upon mutual agreement of the parties.

Materials. The tangible physical material, if any, developed prior to the Effective Date by or under the direction of [***] and provided to or received by Company hereunder (including any Materials conveyed to the Company after the Effective Date) and listed in Exhibits A1 and A2 hereto, which will be amended if Materials are provided to the Company after the Effective Date.

Materials. The tangible physical material, if any, delivered to Company hereunder, and any progeny or derivatives thereof developed by Company, its Affiliates or Sublicensees. Any Materials delivered to Company hereunder shall be listed in Exhibit B hereto.

The parties shall make good faith efforts to amend Exhibit B from time to time as needed to list the Materials.

Materials. Starting materials, solvents, reagents, catalysts, components, excipients, other ingredients and packaging and labeling materials used in the manufacture and packaging of any Product.

Materials. Chemical compounds, devices, equipment, or other research materials owned or controlled by a party relating and reasonably necessary for NANX and/or SCOA to perform its obligations under this Agreement
