Maturity Date

Maturity Date. Means unless converted earlier in accordance with Clause 4 or delayed on mutual written agreement, the principal and accrued interest on this Instrument shall be due and payable on the third anniversary of this Instrument.

Maturity Date. The six month anniversary of the date of this Agreement, or June 26, 2022.

Maturity Date. The earlier of (a) June 30, 2018 and (b) the date on which all amounts under this Note shall become due and payable pursuant to Section 13

Maturity Date. With respect to each Note issued under this Agreement, the date set forth in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
