Maturity Date

Maturity Date. Means the earliest of (a) the first anniversary of the date the Loan is disbursed, (b) the date of a Triggering Event, and (c) the date on which all amounts under this Note shall become due and payable pursuant to Section 10.

Maturity Date. Used in this Guaranty as those terms are defined in the Credit Documents.

Maturity Date. Means the earlier of: (i) April 10, 2010, or (ii) the maturity of the Existing Loans. All capitalized and uncapitalized terms that are defined in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement and used in this Note have the meanings attributed to those terms in the Loan Agreement, and those definitions are incorporated by reference into this Note.

Maturity Date. The first day of June, 2019, or any earlier date on which the unpaid principal balance of this Note becomes due and payable by acceleration or otherwise.

Maturity Date. Has the meaning set forth in the first section hereof.

Maturity Date. Means the earliest to occur of (a) December 31, 2010 and (b) the date on which the Purchaser declares an Event of Default to have occurred.

Maturity Date. Means the date that is 720 Business Days (36 Monthly Periods) from the Commencement Date.

Maturity Date. The earlier of April 30, 2014 or the date that the Company raises not less than $10 million of gross proceeds (whether from debt, equity, a combination of debt and equity, or through a single financing or series of financings)

Maturity Date. Means the date that is 600 Business Days (30 Monthly Periods) from the Commencement Date.

Maturity Date. Means the Extended Maturity Date unless pursuant to Section 3(e) of this Note the Extension Period does not or cannot become effective, in which case the Maturity Date means the Initial Maturity Date.
