Maximum Award

Example Definitions of "Maximum Award"
Maximum Award. Means as to any Participant for any Plan Year 52.5% of the Participant's Base Salary for that Plan Year. The Maximum Award limit shall be pro-rated for any Award payable with respect to a Performance Period that is shorter than one year.
Maximum Award. Means the amount payable for achieving [150%] of the Performance Goals for the Performance Period.
Maximum Award. Means the maximum Award which a Participant can earn pursuant to the Plan as set forth on Schedule I.
Maximum Award. Means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, three times the Participant's Target Award.
Maximum Award. Shall mean the maximum number of Common Shares that an Employee would be entitled to receive if all of the performance goals set forth in a particular PSU were satisfied over the Performance Period(s) set forth in such PSU.
Maximum Award. Means, as to any Participant for any Plan Year, $2,000,000.

The maximum number of shares of stock (which may equal or exceed the "Target Award") that may be delivered to a Designated Participant under the Program in respect of a specified Performance Period if applicable Performance Goals are achieved at the levels set by the Board during the applicable Performance Period and the Designated Participant's Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant is not terminated during the Performance Period.
Maximum Award. Means as to any Participant during any period of three (3) consecutive Plan Years, $9,000,000.
Maximum Award. That maximum number of Performance Shares awarded to the Grantee as set forth on the first page of the Award, representing Two Hundred Percent (200%) of the Target Award
Maximum Award. Means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, $1,500,000.
