Maximum Award

Maximum Award. As to any Participant for any Performance Period, the lesser of (i) $3,000,000 or (ii) 200% of the Participant's Base Salary.

Maximum Award. As to any Participant for any Plan Year an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of the Target Award. The Maximum Award limit shall be pro-rated for any Award payable with respect to a Performance Period that is shorter than one year.

Maximum Award. As to any Participant for any one year Performance Period, an amount not to exceed $15,000,000; such Maximum Award shall be adjusted upwards or downwards on a pro rata basis to reflect a Performance Period longer or shorter than one year

Maximum Award. A dollar amount or a percentage of Base Salary, as determined by the Compensation Committee with respect to each Participant for each Performance Period, which represents the payment that the Participant will earn if the maximum level of the Participant's Performance Factors is achieved.

Maximum Award. That maximum number of Performance Shares awarded to you as set forth in Section 2, representing Three Hundred Percent (300%) of the Target Award

Maximum Award. That maximum number of Performance Units awarded to Executive as set forth in Section 2, representing _________ Percent (_____%) of the Target Award.

Maximum Award. That maximum number of Performance Units awarded to Executive as set forth in Section 2, representing Percent (%) of the Target Award.

Maximum Award. Means that maximum number of Performance Shares awarded to you pursuant to Section 1 and which may be earned in accordance with Section 2, representing Two Hundred Percent (200%) of the Target Award.

Maximum Award. Means as to any Participant for any Performance Period, $3 million, as required by Section 10.2 of the Plan.

Maximum Award. Means, as to any Participant for any Performance Period, the maximum award that may be granted to the Participant under the Plan. In no event may the Maximum Award exceed $5 million multiplied by the number of complete Fiscal Years contained within the Performance Period, or, for any Performance Period of less than one complete Fiscal Year, $5 million.
