Maximum Award

Example Definitions of "Maximum Award"
Maximum Award. Means, as to any Participant for any Performance Period, the maximum award that may be granted to the Participant under the Plan. In no event may the Maximum Award exceed $5 million multiplied by the number of complete Fiscal Years contained within the Performance Period, or, for any Performance Period of less than one complete Fiscal Year, $5 million.
Maximum Award. As to any Participant for all Performance Periods ending during any Fiscal Year, $5,000,000.
Maximum Award. Means the maximum number of shares of Common Stock that may be awarded to a Designated Participant under the Program as a Stock Award (as defined in the Plan) if all applicable Performance Goals are achieved at the maximum levels and if the Designated Participant meets all of the eligibility requirements for receiving such Stock Award as set forth in the Program.
Maximum Award. The maximum amount to be paid to a Covered Employee for each Plan Year, which amount shall be up to three (3) times Base Salary, as in effect on the first day of the Plan Year, but in no event shall any Maximum Award exceed five million dollars ($5,000,000).
Maximum Award. $3,000,000 as to any Participant for any given Plan Year
