Measurement Date

Measurement Date. Shall mean the date that the Company notifies the Stockholder that the Shelf Registration Statement covering the Closing Shares has been declared effective by the Commission and provides the Stockholder with copies of the Prospectus.

Measurement Date. The date on which the Company files with the SEC its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011

Measurement Date. The First Measurement Date or the Second Measurement Date, as applicable.

Measurement Date. Means the last day of the third most recent complete Company Period ending prior to the date of an Early Change of Control Notice.

Measurement Date. The date six (6) months prior to the date of a Change in Control.

Measurement Date. The last day of each calendar month following the Petition Date and at least 15 days prior to the Effective Date

Measurement Date. Any date upon which Proceeds are received by the CCMP Stockholders.

Measurement Date. Shall mean the first to occur of (i) December 31, [Year 3], or (ii) the date on which a Change in Control occurs.

Measurement Date. The last day of the time period over which performance with respect to which the performance goals for any Cash Award are measured, or, if later, the last day of Continuous Service required for any Grantee to be entitled to such Cash Award
