Member

Member. Means each Person who holds a Membership Interest in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, so long as such Person holds a Membership Interest; and "Members" means such Persons collectively. Member. Has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

Member. Shall mean any corporation that is required to join with Parent in filing a consolidated federal income tax return, as listed on Schedule A, as amended from time to time.
